Home-based training

Are you keen to start an exercise programme but not sure where to begin?  Do you want to avoid expensive gym memberships and monthly contracts?  Would you prefer to work with a trainer in your own home or at a mutually convenient location?  If so, then home-based trainig could be for you. 

I bring all of the equipment to your home, and work with you to design a goal-orientated programme to give you the results you desire. Many people wrongly believe that it is not possible to get a good-workout unless they visit a gym and use their expensive machines, but just one session with me will be enough to convince you otherwise.

I am able to bring all of the necessary equipment to your home or other location.  I will teach you how to get a very efficient workout session on your own with minimal (or no) equipment, and help you to build a fitter and healthier body. My ultimate goal is that you become independent, and no longer need to pay for my support (or only on an infrequent basis).  I aim to educate and motivate you to be able to make your own informed choices when it comes to investing in your future health and wellbeing.

I specialise in one-to-one or small group sessions (up to four people) in order to maximise the amount of individual attention you can get.  I guarantee that you will see results if you adhere to my programme.  No more attending classes at the gym where you don't really know what you are doing (or why), or suffer from frequent injuries.  Why not have a programme designed exclusively for you, to fit in with your goals, lifestyle and experience?  

But isn't that expensive?

One-to-one or small group workouts can cost more than a regular gym membership.  However, most people do not get the benefits which they are looking for from being a gym member. After a period of initial enthusiasm they often end up loosing enthusiasm and motivation when they do not get the expected results. Unless you have many years of experience, it can be difficult to know what you should or should not be doing to get the most from the time you have available. How many people do you know who are paying for expensive gym memberships which they are not currently using?

I am able to offer everything from very time-efficient 30 minute workouts (yes I can give you an excellent workout in that time and guarantee you will see results), regular one-hour sessions, and small groups of up to four people.

My current rates are as follows:

  • One-to-one 30 minute - £15
  • One-to-one 1 hour - £25
  • Small group 1 hour - £15 per person    

I also offer discount packages if you sign up for more than one session (minimum 10), or make a regular commitment each month. I do suggest that you take at least a few individual sessions first, so we know that we can get along and you are already seeing the benefits of my methods.
